Your First Robot May Be Hal
Two students from the 2019 Management and Technology Summer Institute (MTSI) display their correctly built HalBot. The rover is named after its inventor, Detkin Lab’s Hal Paver. It allows students to learn about mechanical and electrical foundation components. An Arduino Uno microcontroller supplies code for the commands to control servos underneath the platform.
